Job Title:  RN Clinical Supervisor ICU(Travel)

Deliver high-quality patient care
Charting: Cerner
Provides shift to shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service and utilization of resources for daily operations. Maintains the environment of care
Provides care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner. 
Care provided is appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Role models organizational values.
Leads/participates in dept process improvement to improve project outcomes
Facilitates employee engagement activities including professional/shared governance participation 
Required Qualifications:
Active RN license (state or compact)
2+ years of Clinical Supervisor & PCU Experience required
Radius Rule -50 miles

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
Current certifications:
BLS AHA
ACLS AHA
NIHSS
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
