1. Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate healthcare delivery to the inmate population.
2. Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to nursing staff while ensuring compliance with correctional healthcare policies, protocols, and regulations.
3. Collaborate with physicians, mental health providers, and custody staff to manage patient care, emergencies, and continuity of treatment.
4. Monitor documentation, medication administration, and infection control practices to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
