🧠 Requested Skill Set:
✔ High-acuity, medically unstable patient population
✔ Experience caring for patients with complex conditions, including but not limited to:
• Respiratory/Pulmonary
• Endocrine/Diabetes
• Gastrointestinal (GI)
• Orthopedic/Trauma
• Multi-surgical specialties
• Neurological disorders

🚨 Must Have:
• Experience in a PCCU setting providing specialized care
• Ability to care for acute and chronically ill medical and surgical patients
• Experience with adult patients (18+ years) and trauma patients aged 15 years and older
