Job Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Elmhurst, NY 11373
Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 5x7-Hour Nights 
Shift Time: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Hours per Week: 35 hours
Guaranteed Hours: Dependent on facility requirements
Weekends & Holidays: Alternating weekends and holidays required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of MRI experience
• At least 1 year of MRI experience in an acute care setting
• Experience with relevant MRI equipment
• Knowledge of GE MRI equipment

Education

• Required: Associate’s degree from a Radiologic Technology program

Certifications & Licensure

• Valid NYSDOH Radiologic Technologist license (required)
• Current MRI certification and registration from: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
• BLS (American Heart Association) – Preferred

Additional Information

• In-person interviews required
• Training will be for 2 weeks, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including EPIC training
