Position Overview
The HR Coordinator II plays a critical role in supporting the recruiting and onboarding processes across multiple regions. This position is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a fast-paced, global workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Arrange candidate travel and lodging in accordance with company policies, budget guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Process and track interview-related expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of candidate communication, interview schedules, and onboarding documentation.
- Collaborate with international onboarding teams to support global hiring activities and ensure compliance with regional requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the interview and onboarding process.
- Assist recruiters and hiring managers with administrative tasks to improve overall recruitment efficiency and workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
