Overview
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Full Stack Software Engineer to provide application support for three critical applications (1 real-time, 2 batch). You will be responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and supporting enhancements across applications primarily built with React, Node.js, and supplemented by Python and Golang.
A strong understanding of the AWS ecosystem is essential, as many support tickets may involve cloud infrastructure or services.
This role requires someone who can come up to speed quickly and take ownership as the primary support resource.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing application support for three production applications.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack (UI, backend, infrastructure).
• Analyze and resolve incidents, production bugs, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with SMEs and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Work with cloud tools and services to diagnose AWS-related issues.
• Contribute to small enhancements and support development as needed.
• Learn and support functionality written in Python and Golang.
