We are seeking a highly skilled Development Lead (AEM Forms) to provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise within Centene's Enterprise Content & Digital Forms team. The ideal candidate will lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms initiatives, integrating event-driven architectures, Kafka streams, and Adobe E-Sign to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of AEM Forms-based applications and components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
• Oversee the implementation of scalable, event-driven solutions using Kafka Streams and AWS services.
• Conduct technical research and guide the team toward successful project execution.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Integrate AEM Forms with Adobe E-Sign and other enterprise systems.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to developers within the team.
• Monitor application lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Leverage Adobe Analytics to measure and enhance solution success.
• Stay current with emerging tools and technologies to improve solution design and delivery.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Languages & Frameworks: Java, JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, CSS, LESS, HTL, HTML.
• AEM Expertise: Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms, custom form components, and integration with external systems.
• Event-Driven Systems: Proficiency in Kafka (producers/consumers) and AWS SNS/SQS.
• Architecture: Hands-on experience with microservices, SaaS, and cloud-native designs (AWS preferred).
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS Cloud (Lambda, CKP), Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Methodologies: Agile software development lifecycle, DevOps practices.
• Preferred: Experience developing custom form processors, React-based form exporters, and scalable public/secure forms infrastructure.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of professional development experience, including prior roles as Senior Developer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Lead.
• Proven experience with Adobe SaaS products including AEM, Adobe Forms, and Cloud Manager.
