Job Title: Solution Architect (SAP)

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of SAP solutions across multiple modules, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Ariba, Fieldglass, and SAP CPI. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and hands-on experience assessing, improving, and implementing complex SAP integrations to enhance end-to-end business processes. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current SAP architecture and integrations (particularly between SAP Fieldglass and S/4HANA) to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable SAP integration solutions using SAP CPI, PI/PO, and other middleware tools.
• Provide architectural recommendations, develop solution roadmaps, and guide teams through technical challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional Analysts, Developers, and Scrum Masters) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead technical discussions and drive process improvements to reduce troubleshooting and manual monitoring.
• Support ongoing rollout efforts of Ariba and Fieldglass in international markets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of recent experience as an SAP Architect across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and SAP CPI.
• Proven success designing and implementing integrations using SAP CPI, PI/PO, or equivalent middleware technologies.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices, integration strategies, and architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations involving Ariba, Fieldglass, and S/4HANA.
• Ability to lead meetings, drive solution discussions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certifications in Ariba, Fieldglass, or S/4HANA.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
• Portuguese language proficiency (highly preferred).

Project Context
The project involves expanding SAP Ariba and Fieldglass integrations within a global framework, initially focused on North America and Brazil. The selected architect will play a critical role in stabilizing and maturing the integration landscape to reduce daily maintenance and improve overall system reliability.
