Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in ERP system integrations. The ideal candidate will oversee the integration of multiple ERP systems, track and analyze project progress, resolve issues, and communicate proactively with management regarding potential risks or delays. This role requires a highly proactive professional capable of guiding functional teams to complete tasks on time and ensuring successful project delivery across multiple ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 2-3 ERP systems simultaneously through their full integration lifecycle.
• Track, analyze, and help resolve project issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate with management on any issues, risks, or delays impacting project go-live dates.
• Guide and manage functional teams to complete tasks on time.
• Proactively anticipate upcoming tasks and potential challenges.
• Apply strong project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of project management experience, including IT or related business experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing projects using project life cycle methodologies.
• Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal reporting relationships.
• Experience managing SDLC projects using an iterative methodology (preferred).
• Comprehensive knowledge of PMI-based project management methodologies and practical application.
• Strong analytical skills to manage budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control, and reporting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of management.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Must have successfully managed at least 3 full ERP integration lifecycles.
