Overview
The Select Group is seeking a Reporting/Business Analyst to support one of its top telecommunication clients. This role will join the Location Lifecycle Management (LLM) team, focusing specifically on the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF) program.
The LLM team ensures that all location-specific data and attributes are validated and complete ahead of government area builds. Responsibilities include preparing for plant construction completion, ensuring readiness for marketing, sales, and customer onboarding, minimizing friction, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will manage location readiness, support readiness checks, coordinate across multiple teams, and deliver high-impact reporting and analysis.

• 60% Reporting: Run and enhance existing reports, ensure data integrity, and identify issues.
• 25% Analysis: Analyze readiness data, identify blockers, and flag issues.
• 15% Presentation/Communication: Communicate readiness status, partner updates, and timelines across stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or reporting
• Proven experience in business analysis and/or project management
• Strong track record of effective cross-functional communication
• Excellent communication skills, especially downstream communication with partners
• Strong understanding of reporting processes and ability to streamline reports
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• MS SQL: Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing reporting automations
• SharePoint knowledge
• Background in telecom industry
