These positions are located in a medium security male correctional facility; this RFQ will result in multiple awards to multiple vendors; all hours and shifts are available; holidays are not required, but can be worked; no cell phones are allowed in the facility; background checks must be provided.
Job description: RN's will be responsible for handling sick call, administering medications, tool control, triaging sick calls, insulin administration, screening and reporting, emergency room use, emergencies such as Narcan, physical force injuries, asthma rescue, employee accident/injury, sexual abuse/assault reporting, maintaining health records, and administrative responsibilities in regards to inmate death. Resumes strongly preferred, but not required in order to submit a bid. Resumes should be included for any candidates currently available. Please note that the hiring agency reserves the right to ask for additional candidates/resumes at any time after bid closing and that vendors must produce qualified candidates at or below the bill rate they bid on the RFQs.
