Business Program Management

• Leads a portfolio of complex projects, including planning, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and resource needs, while communicating status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring accountability, understanding system mapping, and collaborating with teams to develop and communicate rigorous processes. Programs include but not limited to: Team Checkins, Emp Exp programs such as FHL, internal amplification of culture/ ERG programs, employee events, etc.

• Works with cross-functional (e.g., organizational, product, business) stakeholders (e.g., Engineering) to design compliant complex programs from initiation to delivery, with minimal coaching. Produces collateral (e.g., proposals, strategy walking deck, internal and external pitch content) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure the business objectives are met.

• Synthesizes programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers, leveraging data and performance metrics to demonstrate value and show business impact, while adapting communication style and storytelling strategy, defining and executing on a landing and communication plan, leading the rhythm of business during plan execution, and working across teams to ensure all program.

• Responsible for planning and execution of ROB, employee experience strategies and execution in partnership with Admin inclusive of operations and communications related to GIVE, Hackathon/FHL, AI skilling, D&I, Management Excellence, and strategy for energize moments like Summer social, Winter jam, Lobby livestreams of Ignite and Build. Also coordinating with Global partners on global strategy and local execution to ensure cohesion and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.

• Experience working in a matrixed global organization. Project management or program management experience preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools and processes (e.g., ODLC, Rhythm of Business, MBRs) is a plus.
