Summary:
We are seeking a professional and proficient Communications Specialist / Group Admin to join our team. The role will be responsible for writing and posting messages and announcements for the team, ensuring clear and effective communication across various platforms, Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of org communications, content and information. Role will also provide additional administrative support for our business unit as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Communications Content & Delivery:
o Draft and post messages, announcements and other information for the team. Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and aligned with the company and team tone and style.
o Assist in the creation and distribution of internal messages, newsletters and other communication materials. Contribute clear language, and creative visuals, designs and layouts to enhance message delivery and audience engagement.
o Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with team/corporate messaging and providing additional support for our business unit.
o Manage and update content on SharePoint, and announcement boards. Facilitate team communications and collaboration through Microsoft Teams.
2) Communications Plan:
o Facilitate execution of communication plan, schedules and maintenance of comms reference materials.
o Coordinate with communication and content providers to gather their original content, assisting with alignment to team standards, common delivery methods and other relevant guidelines.
o Monitor and respond to team communications in a timely manner.
o Support the planning and execution of team events and meetings.
3) Team Engagement:
o Coordinate with various team members and leadership to gather and disseminate information.
o Gather feedback on communication efficacy and incorporate input for continuous improvement.
4) Group Admin Support
o Provide general administrative support within the Bing Places Business Support team.
o Support admin team in management, tracking, upgrade, set-up, distribution, and ensuring quality of equipment and offices.
o Daily tasks may also include providing other miscellaneous administrative support as well as completing special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Including knowledge of and attention to ensuring high quality messages. Ensuring understanding and appropriate reception from diverse, global audiences: (Delivery channel choices, tone, inclusiveness, clarity, etc.)
• Proficiency in using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, including administrative and content mgmt functions. Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time to prioritize and meet deadlines. Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and sharing information and messaging effectively
• Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
• 2-4 years related experience required.

OTHER: This position will be primarily on-site, with some hybrid flexibility.
