4. Project Scope/Tasks The scope of this project encompasses the following tasks: Deliverable 1: Deliverable Description 1A: Provide development support for customer- requested features and functionality for ERPS 1B: Assist the ERPS team with tasks related to Oracle Fusion HCM Goals Tasks Ensure smooth and efficient development support for customer requested features Collaborate with the ERPS team and business users to analyze and design solutions for customer requested features Collaborate with other SMEs and vendor to align efforts. Support the ERPS team and actively participate in the various stages of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and review and validate fixes deployed by developers in prod and text environments Page 3 of 11 ERP Support for HCM B Letter of Engagement No. 2025-0939 implementation and Oracle PeopleSoft application 1C: Conduct on going knowledge transfer sessions with the ERPS team on complex development work and incident resolution Improve the ERPS team's understanding of complex dev work and enhance the team's incident resolution Organize and conduct regular knowledge transfer sessions on complex design and development techniques Document technical processes and resolutions for future reference Share insights from previous incident resolutions to improve incident handling 5. Project Effective Dates July 1, 2025, or upon Purchase Order execution, whichever date is later, through June 30, 2026.
