Location: Pearl River, NY Duration: 12 months Work Schedule: Monday - Friday / First shift 8am - 4pm POSITION SUMMARY • This position will support the administration of the VACCINES Quality Records & Training group in compliance with Records Management policies and procedures and the Enterprise Records Retention schedule. • This position will assist with the operations of the VACCINES Records Room regarding archiving and retrieval of critical and non-critical physical records. • This position will aid with inventory and organizational logistics in the VACCINES Records Room. • This position will provide high quality customer service and record assistance to VACCINES scientific community as needed. • This position will perform job responsibilities in compliance with departmental procedures and all other regulatory agency requirements. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES • Assists with maintenance and tracking of all documents within the VACCINES Records Room. • Archives the VACCINES physical records stored in Pearl River, including quality checking, indexing, scanning, filing, and/or uploading documents. • Prepares VACCINES physical records for offsite shipment to PRSC. • Completes all required training in conformance with departmental requirements. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS • Quality, Informatics, & Data Operations – Quality Records & Training • Clinical Immunology & Operations • Clinical Diagnostics & Read-World Evidence Assays • External Contractor Labs EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High school diploma • 3 - 5 years of clerical experience required TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS • Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional • Records and documentation management experience desirable but not required • Experience with documentation systems desirable but not required • Strong verbal and written communication skills PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS • Moderate lifting of documents and/or boxes, sitting, standing, walking • Possibility of lifting up to 25lbs boxes, 1 to 2 times a day (not on a regular basis) | ||||||
