Job Description:
  • Manage direct customer account data for *** Pharmaceutical customers in US and Puerto Rico to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
  • Business Analysts review all incoming customer account creation and change requests, validate licensing and determine what (if any) additional requirements are needed to comply with regulatory requirements and *** policies.
  • In addition, Business Analysts assign trade classification to customer accounts, which drives customer invoice terms, discounts, taxes, eligibility for contract pricing, and may control access to specified products.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create and maintain customers within their appropriate sales organization and company area to ensure accurate revenue data in downstream financials.
  • Requires Perform due diligence research including a comprehensive search of internal and external databases to determine and verify account's primary business activity to assign the appropriate trade class.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • SAP and Microsoft office, internet navigation, industry knowledge regarding customer classification and functionality preferred

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Sitting and working on computer for long periods
  • Communicate w/customers via phone and computer
  • Minimal lifting 25lbs or less

  • SAP/ customer master
