Job Description:
Summary:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project. In this role, you will also take on the optimization and measurement of our promotional strategies and provide data driven feedback on adjustments needed. You will have the creativity to create reports that help our field teams further understand their business outcomes. Identify areas of opportunity and create tools that eliminate redundancies or complexities in the day-to-day business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Exceptional time management: Tasked with requests that are time-urgent and require attention and response
- Effective process management: Management of multiple ROB items that require touchpoints with WW stakeholders
- Ability to balance and multi-task across multiple diverse projects with time sensitive deadlines
- Be an exceptional communicator & storyteller – capable of delivering insights in a concise, consumable manner across the organization
- Interact with a diverse global team of Category Managers to follow up on investments and create a process for ROI measurement.
- Collaborating and developing strong relationships with various stakeholders across the company to drive impact (Marketing, Engineering, Finance, WW category teams)
- Have a strong handle on data & insights to understand impact & performance, developing & sharing reporting to help the business understand results & required changes to strategy or approach
- Ability to simplify the complex in our data and performance and deliver excellent communications (written, verbal)
- Ability to work independently
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Qualifications Required

- Proven experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, If Functions
- Financial acumen and ROI measurement
- Advanced PowerPoint Skills
- Ability to transform #s into story telling through visuals
Familiar with:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience required.
