Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX Designer 3 to join our E+D Growth design team. Our team works on various business-critical projects aimed at increasing the adoption of Microsoft 365 suite of products and Copilot among consumers and commercial customers. Join us to help define and design breakthrough experiences that impact millions of users globally.
Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to create cohesive and impactful designs. Explore designs and patterns to help customers Client and adopt Copilot for their productivity needs. Work independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while maintaining high standards of design quality. Participate in design reviews, share-outs and presentations to ensure design consistency and alignment. Deliver polished design prototypes, mockups, and other communication artifacts that illustrate optimal user experiences. Participate in user research efforts and leverage insights to inform design decisions.
Qualifications: Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process. Experience with AI tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find innovative solutions. Self-driven with the ability to work independently. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in driving collaboration across distributed teams. Portfolio demonstrating well thought through and polished end-to-end customer journeys.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Design (or related field) or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of industry experience in UX design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and video creation and editing software. Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for design solutions.
Desirable Experience: Experience designing user experiences for enterprise software/services. Experience creating and applying design principles and interaction patterns.
