Typical Day in the Role
  • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is Go to Market Strategy (approx. 70 employees), and Support is for the Leader and their team.
  • Key projects: This role will contribute to providing administrative support for leaders.
  • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of heavy calendaring support, travel management (VISA), some team support, hardware/ office support, onboarding/offboarding. Scheduling meetings. This person will be mostly remote but able and willing to be onsite as needed. Redmond building 122.

Candidate Requirements
  • Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Disqualifiers: Candidates not willing to work onsite as needed will not be eligible for the role. Also disqualified if they haven't worked with complex calendars dealing with multiple time zones.
  • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain initiative, good judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and be organized to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work independently and professionally at all levels. Candidates must be extremely resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity. They must possess solid problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and be able to always work effectively. Someone that has a policy mindset is always best. Must be local and onsite as needed. Must have experience with working complex travel and calendars and familiar with calendaring for world-wide meetings.
  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on feedback, quality of work, and meeting deadlines.

Job Description
  • Performs a variety of administrative functions for leaders within our Business Applications team. Manages complex schedule(s) to include managing calendars in multiple (worldwide) time zones, coordinating complex travel arrangements, itineraries and VISA acquisition and processes business expenses with exactness to policy. Coordinates on and offsite meetings and events. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment as it relates to onboarding and hardware refreshers. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned. Must have experience with very seasoned leaders with executive presence in quick paced environment and have a drive as a learner. Must be agile, highly detail oriented and skilled at assessing priorities and have a customer service mindset.
