Job Description: Typical Day in the Role • Purpose of the Team: The team is responsible for the Copilot experiences, specifically the premium verson for both premium uses and general users. • Key projects: This role will contribute to managing feedback, triaging it to the right teams, and conducting end-to-end testing of the product.. • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of heavy triaging and testing. ****Triaging: Analyze and prioritize incoming issues and defects. Reproduce reported issues to confirm their validity. Assign issues to the appropriate development teams for resolution. Track and report the status of issues throughout the development lifecycle. ****End-to-End (E2E) Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive E2E test plans and test cases. Ensure that all components of the system work together as expected. Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.

Best resumes would stand out by showing experiences with AI tools like Copilot or its competitors, such as ChatGPT. The team is looking for highly skilled and motivated vendor resource to join our team for triaging and end-to-end (E2E) testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed using a scorecard that outlines specific expectations. The sponsor will set clear expectations before onboarding, and performance will be evaluated based on meeting these expectations. The dynamic nature of the Copilot world means that requirements can change quickly, so adaptability and meeting set goals will be key indicators.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 2+ years experience with software, particularly the ability to pick up and test new software quickly 2. Minimum 2+ years experience with Microsoft product experience, including familiarity with products beyond just Windows and Word. 3. Minimum 2+ _ years experience with strong written communication skills, especially the ability to write reports and communicate work effectively.

Summary: The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. • May recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
