Typical Day in the Role:

Purpose of the Team: The purpose of the Customer Success Communications team, is responsible for both change and health communication to M365 customers. They generate products that help communicate updates, new features, and changes to M365 and Copilot customers, ensuring they are well-informed.

Key projects: This role will contribute to support Copilot Release Notes.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of the following,

10%: Attending meetings

50-60%: Coordinating with different team partners through meetings, emails, and Teams messages to gather and verify information.

30-40%: Performing actual work, such as publishing content, reviewing content for accuracy, and final delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.

Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in business, Administration, or a related field is required to be eligible for this role. Certifications such as PMI or PMP are highly preferred.

Disqualifiers: Candidates with inadequate communication skill, lack of confidentiality, and poor accountability will not be eligible for the role.

Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience in release management, and with content curation and technical documentation. Demonstrated ability to create and manage content, especially in a technical context, is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and previous roles as a product or program manager.

Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.

1. Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Project Management

2. Minimum 2-4 years' experience with demonstrating communication skills, written and verbal

3. Minimum 2-4 years' experience with customer Content Curation and Technical Documentation. Creating and managing accurate and informative content.

Hard Skills Assessments

• Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: week of December 16th

• Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 2 rounds for 45minute each

• Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have general preparedness prior to the assessment.

Summary:

The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

• PMI or PMP certification preferred.

• 2-4 years' experience required.
