Operations Support
Duration: 12+ Months contract with possibility of extension or FTE
Location: Hillsborough, NJ, 08844
Work hours: 8am-4:30pm M-F

Job Description:

• 50% Field Work/50% Office Environment.
• Administrative support of NJAW lead service line replacement program.
• Communicating with customers, record keeping, update online work order systems, scheduling contractors.
• May at times be required to visit customers properties to gather information about water service line.

Required skills:

• Customer service skills, ability to remain organized and work with others.
• MS Office, Word, Excel; email; online workorder systems; Additional skill that would be a plus- Basic knowledge of in-home plumbing.
