Typical Day in the Role

This role involves working with the Compass program to facilitate research with customers who have joined the Compass program. This role requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail. They must efficiently create and schedule numerous interviews and events, handle large datasets with precision, manage stakeholder communications, and execute tasks with minimal oversight. This position will collaborate with Compass team members, researchers, and customers to ensure seamless communication and operational support.

Responsibilities - Required

Coordinate Research Projects: Collaborate with Compass team members, researchers, and customers across multiple projects to schedule interviews and events, ensuring alignment with customer and researcher availability. Create interview schedules with accelerated timelines.

Data Management: Create and maintain large datasets in Excel with accuracy and attention to detail.

Communication: Serve as the point of contact for essential customer communications regarding research projects and events, providing clear and timely information.

Process Improvement: Document evolving processes, analyze existing workflows, identify any inefficiencies, and propose actionable plans for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Operational Support: Assist Compass team members, as needed while primarily supporting direct manager.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Experiences

Minimum of 2 years in project coordination, research operations, or similar role

Ability to manage and manipulate large datasets accurately

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues

Exceptional time management skills, especially in a fast-paced environment with compressed schedules.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency and adapt to changing priorities without disruption

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage one's time and take initiative.

Responsibilities - Desirable

UX research knowledge or experience a plus

Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, MS Forms, and Outlook (scheduling is a key part of this role)

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
