Location: Des Peres, MO 63131 Duration: 2+ Months with possibility of extension Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Job Description • The Bookkeeper will perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payable, billing, and receivables. • Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable. • Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies. • Distributes accounting reports as directed. • May assist with mail distribution, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks as needed. QUALIFICATIONS • Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems. • Basic mathematical skills. • Good verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Bookkeeping training preferred.
