Job Title: Cotton Processing Technician
Job Duration: 12 Months
Job Location: Lubbock, TX

Overall responsibility:
Harvest and processing of cotton seed increase for Lubbock Trait Development/BTO site

Key areas of responsibility:

• Vacuum/hand harvest cotton from field plots
• Assist with ginning and processing seed
• Weigh and record seed amounts on appropriate forms
• Package seed for shipment
• Maintain separation and purity between different lines
• Any other task that is required to maintain seed quality
• Follow all safety and seed quality requirements
