Paralegals and Legal Assistants
Job Duties:
• Assist Exec. Insurance staff in managing day to day to-do's as well as large scale initiatives • Plans, manages, and coordinates project activities to ensure goals and objectives of multiple and large projects are accomplished within prescribed time-frame • Establishes workflows and timelines and ensures project deadlines are met • Follow up with key stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner. • Develops project initiation process by defining project scope, determining action items, assigning ownership, creating project timetables, and tracking execution and workflow; prepares, presents and distributes project status reports • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action • Performs related duties as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience - 1-3 years of relevant experience - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent analytical, organizational and multi-tasking abilities -Superior interpersonal and communication skills -Strong work ethic and customer focus with ability to acheive results in a fast-paced, challenging environment Additional information: - This position is vacant - Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams - A background check and fingerprinting will be required.
