• Candidate Location Requirements: Onsite in building Studio D in Redmond, WA.
• If hybrid, # of days contractor will be required to work onsite: 5 days/week

Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is administrative support for a large gaming studio and related teams. The total organization contains 1,200
• Calendar support, help sponsor with office aska and tasks
• Key projects: This role will contribute to team support for the executive admin team, provide calendar/travel/expense support for 2-4 partner level team members, and lean in on projects. This role may help with calendar support as well, but will not be aligned with one person.
• Basic excel skills are needed for some data entry and data collection, but advanced skills are not required.
• The role will support event planning and coordination in various different events including all hands calls, morale events, catering, etc.
• Some travel booking, mostly domestic US travel.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of various different tasks every day. This role will support multiple teams – some days the role will be asked to support one person with calendar support, another day they may help with event planning for another team, other days they will support another team with projects, etc. About 10-20% of the week will be spent in meetings.

Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: 3-5 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• Disqualifiers: Candidates with lots of job hopping on a recurring basis in a short period of time (less than 1 month in multiple roles) will not be eligible for the role.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience providing team support for a large team in an enterprise tech company as well as a letter of recommendation from a previous manager.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, taking notes and being responsive and collaborative.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 3 years experience with team support for a large team of 100+ members
2. Minimum 5 years experience with Calendar support in Outlook
3. Minimum 5 years experience with MS Suite

Hard Skills Assessments
• Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP week of 5/28 and early June
• Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 1-3 rounds – ideally 1 round panel interview for 30 minutes with all 3 interviewers, but may need to break out into individual 30 minute HSAs.
• Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should be prepared to answer questions about juggling priorities, supporting a large group, staying organized, etc.

Provides general administrative support primarily for a group. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events; department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility purchasing and operations. Completes special projects as assigned. Coordinates travel arrangements. Enforces policies and/or procedures of the defined team(s). Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support.

Skills: 3-5 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and project management skills; willingness to assist members of a team, and ability to relate well with diverse individuals. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills a must. Working knowledge of email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software; with experience using current version of MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred. May require ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
