Title: Sr Business System Analyst
Start Date: 07/10/2023
Interview Process: 2-3 rounds. (1-, 2-and team member)
Job Duration: 12 months w extensions
Work Location: Remote but must work PST hours
Reason for need:

• FCB and CIT merger. Need to continue to integrate their systems

Must Have Skills:

• Digital/Online Banking experience (ideally online account opening)
• Great written and verbal communication - will be working with stakeholders
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a BSA/BA (must be technical)
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint)

Day to day responsibilities:

• Support issue resolution within the product
• Verify and validate user stories and solutions
• Weekly automated reporting
• Clarify user stories and business questions raised by the team
• Work with key stakeholders to identify, understand, and help innovate solutions that will meet their needs.
• Identify and document test scenarios and test data by working closely with the Test team
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team ensuring user story completeness
