Position Summary:
Seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead the Speech domain within PASA's software product line. This position

is responsible for assuring that our Speech/Voice Recognition solutions are successfully integrated into all

infotainment head unit products, on time with high quality to multiple customers. This technical leadership position

will require giving direction to both on-shore and off-shore development teams to develop system level test cases for

all Speech/Voice Recognition features, perform test execution during software release test cycles, perform bug

creation & verification, Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimal

performance level. This position will also require strong project management skills including planning, tracking to

that plan, and communicating status to both internal and external customers.



Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will provide technical supervision to other engineers reporting to him or her. The ideal candidate will

have experience operating in a collaborative matrix organization.

Job Responsibilities:

 Lead and/or participate in meetings between PASA, suppliers, and PASA's customers for test design reviews and

to track project status

 Manage resource needs to ensure test coverage

 Develop and maintain procedures and related documentation for testing of all automotive infotainment systems

 Work with local Speech teams to analyze requirements, design and maintain Speech test frameworks for

infotainment projects with on-time and high quality deliverables to multiple customers

 Work with global test teams to develop test cases, perform system level testing & find bugs.

 Manage test changes and updates with respect to customer requirement changes

 Utilize knowledge to understand product specifications and how they relate to test plan development

 Evaluate new software releases to ensure it meets the acceptance criteria

 Verify all implemented Customer and Internal requirements have test coverage before each test cycle

 Track and report problems and verify solutions through the use of bug tracking applications.

 Prepare records, charts, graphs and other statistical information related to the testing documentation process

 Participate in in-vehicle field evaluations of Speech/Voice Recognition related features and functions

 Keep abreast of new technologies and methods for the purpose of recommending changes that will benefit

current and future customer programs

Education Requirements:

Four-year college degree in Software, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related degree required

Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel as required of the position, including domestic and international travel 5% – 10% of the year.
