  • Experience of senior operations leadership role
  • Excellent collaboration skills among multiple teams to bring in solutions and add client value, Out of box thinking for integrating all components within Ops for better approach and solutions.
  • Collaboration between all the service line components, related to solutions/program and proactive approach
  • Expert knowledge of Cisco customer and Partner Service Knowledge
  • Experience of ERP systems implementation and development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Passion towards innovative solutions
  • Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriate to customer feedback on areas for improvement
  • Take responsibility for customer escalations and act as a point of escalation both in and out of hours as required

*Project Description (Mandatory)
Project Description – Experienced Operations Manager from an external, customer facing services background with a proven track record of building, developing and managing service delivery.
Solid leadership and people management skills along with previous experience growing and developing an operations function; i.e. defining program level planning's, setting standards, meeting customer needs, escalation management etc.
