  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers/decision makers in accounting, finance and HR across all industries
  • Secure new accounts and expand on an existing book of business
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to understand staffing needs and recommend temporary permanent staffing solutions
  • Effectively follow-up with prospects to develop business through phone contact, email, and meetings
  • Work with internal recruiting team to ensure superior staffing service to clients.
  • Ability to build relationships and convert those relationships to business opportunities
  • Responsible for account management
  • Should be comfortable with cold calling
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel and ability to learn basic CRM software (training available if needed)
  • Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commission Plan

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 1+ years of sales experience (business to business, inside sales strongly preferred)
