IT Manager needed for our client in Louisville, Kentucky:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Building and managing multiple technology teams providing 24x7 technical support to end users
  • Oversee remote Telecom Vendors
  • Oversee local and remote server infrastructure partially managed by remote vendor
  • Oversee local and remote vendor Networking group
  • Liaise with other departments and technology teams
  • Responsible for hiring, retaining and growing talent/skills of the teams
  • Establish and maintain performance measurement metrics for all systems/solutions/people within the given scope
  • Responsible for Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Supplier and Capacity Management. All these processes are to be followed in accordance with company technology policies
  • Highly skilled in IT Service Quality, Service Reporting, Performance Management, and Budget Management

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 to 10 years of years experience in technology operations management and infrastructure management.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in HIPAA/PCI technology operations management
  • VMware ESXi/virtualization experience preferred
  • SAN experience
  • EMC highly preferred
  • IT Budgeting and Management experience
  • Experience in managing data center systems, Telecom PBX/ACD/IVR/Call recorders, Network devices Cisco switches, routers and firewalls is an advantage
  • ITIL foundation certified and experience in implementing various ITIL / ISO 20000 IT processes, preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Oversee closure of infosec and audit vulnerability gaps
  • Participate in PCI, ISO, HIPAA, and other audits as required

  • Juniper MAG solutions for Remote access
  • Manage Engine Products (IT360, Desktop Central, AD Manager Plus, AD Audit Plus)
  • Avaya IP Office & older legacy technologies
  • McAfee EPO & AV solutions
  • AIX administration
  • Track-IT experience
  • Microsoft Active Directory 2008 and Exchange 2010
  • Experience with various file transfer technologies (SFTP, preferably)
  • Cisco and other Non-Cisco networking experience
