An IT Administrator is needed for the client's location in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Job Summary:

The IT Administrator will embrace change and lead local IT Systems to new levels of competitiveness. The IT Administrator will be driven by innovation, who will nurture and capitalize on our ERP system (Vantage) while building our IT infrastructure as a competitive edge.

Primary Duites and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Level 1 organization-wide user support, local site administration of server, systems and infrastructure, IT solution acquisition and implementation.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve our IT Systems and infrastructure consistent with the client's business plan objectives.
  • Partner and support all functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Production, and Warehouse Operations searching for IT operational efficiencies and opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Coordinate, troubleshoot and maintain network / server administration and hardware ensuring "zero downtime”.
  • Coordinate, elevate, and accelerate the use of Vantage our ERP system throughout the organization, becoming an expert in all modules and system fundamentals.
  • Document, update and progressively educate idX associates on the use of Vantage as a business tool, creating user-friendly instructional manuals and training sessions.
  • Explore, evaluate and provide recommendations on software, hardware and systems ensuring a strategic fit while meeting ROI objectives.
  • Integrate various systems including telephone, voice mail, email, fax, data transfers and file systems.
  • Providing ancillary support to the client's Solution Center.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years experience in an IT / Systems role with a proven track record in building an IT infrastructure as a core competency.
  • 2 -5 years experience in a manufacturing organization, exposure to a custom manufacturing environment is an asset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft OS and Office program suites, SharePoint, Remote Desktop and Support
  • Proven expertise in ERP with fully integrated modules including Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Production and Shipping.
  • A skillset containing extensive experience with a variety of software and hardware systems.
  • Superior mathematical and analytical skills that facilitate problem-solving in both IT and Operational arenas.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills that translates into highly effective
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Information Technology or a related field
Note: This position will report to the IT Operations and Solutions Center Manager.It
Note: This position is also qualified for a 6-10% annual bonus and profit sharing.
