 Analyzes financial data and projects financial condition based on past performance and present earnings; reviews proposals and prepares analysis of feasibility and profitability. 2-4 years of experience. 

Position will be based out Client Park, IL office and will support our AMO business unit in California. Candidate will be required to work 10 am to 7 pm CST to support our business. 
Specific details 

Experience: 4-6 years Data entry /data analysis / Documentation 

Skills: Knowledge of SAP Master Data and experience with relational database and reporting tools. 
Must have experience with SAP material master, Info records, source lists and Pricing master data. 

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent work experience

Duties: Responsible for direct data entry in SAP system for master data to support the project and operational activities. Independently perform material and customer master 
Create/Read/Update/Delete responsibilities. Perform mandatory validations such as OCR Denied Party Screening, address verification, HIN and DEA verification. Act as primary SME for material and customer master questions. Ensure urgent requests are processed immediately and SLAs are met. Ensure data maintenance activities are completed as per SOP guidelines and SLAs are met. 
Create / update new policies, procedures, and data standards and upload these on sharepoint. Ensure process compliance with applicable corporate policies. Introduce or update compliance documents as necessary with deployments and process changes. 
Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with operational counterparts across appropriate stakeholders, including but not limited to ERP teams and legacy business process owners. Serve as a primary liaison between business and Genpact our third party service provider for master data issues. 
Prepare, analyse and cascade SLA tracking document and data quality reports to divisions. Follow up with divisions to remediate data issues to maintain defined levels of quality. Prepare and communicate data quality dashboards and KPIs to senior management. 

Perform data analysis using reports. Develop data queries based upon ad-hoc reports required to measure the effectiveness of business processes. 

Proficiencies: Excellent documentation skills and ability to work with multiple users and meet project deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft office suite, with excellent skills in Microsoft excel. 
Strong communication and presentation skills.
