Network / System Engineer IV

Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating patching and remediation across wintel and linux servers. Candidate will work closely with system administrators and application owners to coordinate and deliver updates to resolve vulnerabilities. Candidate may be required to analyze vulnerabilities and ensure appropriate action is being taken against the server ensuring smooth patch delivery. Responsible for reporting results to clients and partner teams.
• 5 or more years of Windows and/or Linux systems administration with deployment experience in large environments is preferred
• Experience with Vulnerability Management patching
• Strong reporting and MSFT Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Client environment
• Knowledge of Bladelogic a plus
• Experience working with system implementations following organizational processes
• Flexible scheduling
• Scripting knowledge a plus
