MULTIMEDIA TECHNOLOGIES SUPPORT
Looking for someone with knowledge of multimedia operations and components.
Familiar with the architectural components and operational knowledge of equipment.
Will work with Cisco, Web-Ex, Crestron and Polycom. Prior knowledge preferred but not required.
This is a support role supporting non-technical personnel. Will be helping to set up multimedia connections for meetings.
May help set up multimedia equipment and tables in meeting rooms to prepare for meetings.
Performs routine assignments at an entry level professional role. Requires knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts in functional area. Occasional use and/or application of technical principles, theories and concepts. Contributes to the completion of routine technical tasks. Failure to achieve results can normally be overcome without serious effect on schedules and programs.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Solid analytical skills and ability to solve problems, Organized and able to multi-task, Basic experience in multi-platform distributed environment preferable, Detail-oriented, Excellent communication skills, Collaborative and team-oriented, Customer service oriented, Adaptive and flexible, Basic understanding of ticketing systems and workflow
