Senior IT Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

Members of Technical Operations team work behind the scenes to keep everything up and running smoothly. The team uses their talents "for good” and is responsible for supporting the technology that is used by all parts of the company to deliver our programs.
Duties include:
  • Tier one/two end-user technical support
  • Production system monitoring
  • Incident resolution and prevention
  • Configuration and change management
  • Identity and access management
  • Setup and maintain:
    • Mac, PC & Chrome workstations
    • conference rooms voice/video
    • local office telecommunications
    • secure printing
  • Software licensing and patch management (Including MS Office and Adobe products)
  • Create and maintain documentation


Position Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer science related field or at least 5 years of experience
  • 3+ years of demonstrated IT Service Management (ITIL) experience
  • 4+ years of IT/helpdesk experience
  • Strong MacOS and Windows 10 troubleshooting experience
  • Strong G Suite administration experience
  • Strong IT service desk systems experience, preferably Jira Service Desk
  • ITIL v3 practitioner certification required
  • TCP/IP network troubleshooting skills
  • A/V experience, including conference room setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience with smart conference systems, such as Google Hangouts Meet, Bluejeans, Gotomeeting, Zoom, etc
  • Experience troubleshooting personal computing hardware
  • Experience configuring printers and print servers
  • Experience with VOIP/PBX systems
  • Experience performing user management via LDAP or MS Active Directory
  • A+, Network+ certifications a plus
