We are currently looking for a talented Senior Technical Writer, with Web Application experience, to join our client’s team in the Alpharetta area!
This is a 3 to 6 Month W2 Contract position (is extendable, and may even convert to permanent basis). Interview process will include a phone and a F2F interview.
Note: Not open to 3rd party/C2C consultants. This position is only available to those who can work on W2 basis without a sponsored work visa. Visa Sponsorship is not available.
The Senior Technical Write will be responsible for producing high-quality technical content, including design specifications, user guides, etc. Strong technical know-how and excellent writing skills are required.
Will be working on various Web Application Development projects. Hence the need for prior web application development experience, as a Tech Writer.
What you can bring to the table (must-have, required):
  • Proven Technical Writing experience.
  • Some experience developing and understanding of Web applications
  • Experience with Web Architecture, API and standards
  • Experience with open source software
  • Excellent understanding of web security practices
  • Good understanding of agile development and continuous integration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and diagrams
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Technical Knowledge: broad and deep technical knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
Bonus Points (pluses, preferred):
  • MS degree is a plus
  • Familiarity integrating multiple, complex, systems
  • Specializes in technical writing for one or more specific HCM domains
