Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst that brings experience in the Financial Services Industry. This is a 12-24 month contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Chandler, AZ. Please review the below job description and contact me ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity. Examples might include, but are not limited to: finance / operational / executive management review coordination, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership / diversity / recognition / Q12 or general program oversight.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
• Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
• Knowledge and understanding of offshore operations processes
• Experience supporting or directing offshore teams
• Experience in management / creation of Statements of Work
• Knowledge and understanding of strategic roadmap coordination and development
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Experience with demand planning for projects/organizations to include capacity and utilization analysis
• Experience creating and presenting executive level briefings with metrics, dashboards, etc.
• Problem solver adept at driving issues to solutions and gaining alignment from several stakeholders
