This position is responsible for interfacing with multiple internal and external groups to ensure that all stakeholders of the network install are kept apprised of the status and that project dependencies (hardware, facilities, transport, software, resources, etc) are documented, coordinated, and aligned for success.
  • Organize and manage multiple projects adhering to project budgets, schedules, and resource requirements. Establish and maintain an effective level of communication with team members. Develop and define the statement of work (SOW) requirements by interfacing with the customers, vendors, and various business units.
  • Analyze and define network integration project management processes.
  • Develop and manage multiple project plans that effectively meet the time/schedule, budget and resource requirements/constraints.
  • Act as primary customer contact with Telephony vendors on assigned professional service engagements.
  • Manage company, customer and vendor resources and track project deliverables.
  • Develop and communicate project status reports, which include open issues, budget, resource and schedule details. Assist in developing Business Partner relationships and deployment processes.
  • Assist with client presentations and discussions on an as needed basis. Maintain a thorough understanding of customers products, processes, and customer needs.
