Part of Product Security process team. Must have knowledge of security processes as well as extensive technical knowledge of networking systems. Expected to apply security principles to products and services.
Administers and processes the daily flow of information received in the form of security requests for access to computer systems. Establishes and maintains user identifiers in a complex multi-platform computing environment. Performs problem resolution on trouble tickets with assistance from other team members and management. Maintains and supports an accurate audit trail of all information security requests. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols. Strong Information Security technology background with demonstrated knowledge of network security fundamentals. Strong experience in securing Windows and Unix networked environments, preferably with an Internet service delivery background. Proven track record conducting security reviews, penetration/vulnerability testing, and software QA. Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, RPC, SSL, SSH, SMTP, SNMP and TLS. Work well independently and within a team, have excellent and strong verbal and written skills, demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and have an in-depth knowledge about security issues. 10+ years of experience.
