 Required daily start time of 6:00 AM CST to accommodate overlap with team members in other time zones, primarily India. Looking for candidates with experience in leading requirement gathering processes for new development features. Listening along with communication skills and understanding of gaps is key.*** Business Process Integrator – Product Owner for VISION Application JOB DUTIES: Participates as a core team member developing and implementing the VISION web application to replace current Product Verification & Validation (PV&V) applications globally within John Deere. Business process content expert dealing with the most complex issues in one or more functional areas. Primarily performs as an individual contributor. Will direct/facilitate small teams (6-10 members) of business or IT team members as needed to address complex issues. 1. Leads requirement refinement and documentation of the PV&V business process as it relates to development of the VISION application. Facilitates the leverage of common business processes across Divisions where appropriate and drives common Enterprise processes. 2. Works with User Experience (UX) Designer and other core team members to turn requirements and business process into wire frame mock-ups of VISION application features. 3. Facilitates design reviews with core team to review all feature acceptance criteria and UX mock-ups prior to grooming features with development scrum team(s) 4. Supports Product Manager with future feature prioritization and communication outward to development teams for planning and grooming. 5. Creates visual content as necessary to transition requirements from the business core team to application development team during the feature grooming process. Ensuring development teams connect with and understand the internal customer need and how the application will meet that need. 6. Owns feature acceptance testing and may pair with other core team members when needed to ensure features that are complete have meet all acceptance criteria and business requirements including corner conditions and foreseen misuse. 7. Collects feedback from multiple sources and consolidates into actionable change requests, prioritizes change requests, and passes along to the development teams for execution 8. Reviews open defects regularly with Product Owner’s and Scrum Masters to ensure adequate resolution and correct prioritization is given based on severity 9. Facilitates planning with IT team members utilizing the Agile/Scrum process by reviewing the requirements of features as they are passed from the core team to developers. Provides and organizes feedback for developed features and facilitates core team review of development issues as needed. Qualifications: Experience with Product Development Processes in one or more areas of Design, PV&V, Experimental Operations and Program Management. Experience with enabling systems (PDMLink, MaSA, SAP, NCCA and various others). Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Product Owner Role. Up to 50% Domestic & International travel. Domestic: Moline, Waterloo, Ottumwa, North Carolina, and Horicon. International: India and Germany. Possibly Mexico and Brazil.
