Key Responsibilities:
The Client Services Engineering team OWN the quality of our consumers experience. The work is futuristic, challenging, fast-paced, and always aspiring to be better. Our UX/UI engineers are intellectually curious, forward-leaning, detail-oriented, collaborative and possess cutting-edge coding skills. They live and breathe the fundamentals of React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, GraphQL and command an impressive portfolio of new and old web technologies - all in order to launch innovative features to a demanding audience. In 2018, the company has a roadmap to deliver Alpha & Beta products to early adopters in the asset management industry – this will not be a "9 to 5” opportunity. Candidates should be prepared for a wild but fun ride and bring their toolboxes filled with amazing tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Create compelling, natural and rich UX. • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions to tricky web development issues. • Prototype, develop, enhance endpoint experiences on desktop, web, and mobile. • Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices in pushing limits. • Design and build advanced automated testing frameworks and tooling as necessary to improve development velocity & quality. • Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum Qualifications o Proven experience building and enhancing commercial SaaS applications. o Adept at implementing responsive UI. o 3+ years in software development. o 3-5 years of recent coding experience in one or more of the following languages & frameworks: React/Node.js/Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS o BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical field. o 2-4 years of experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and software design & patterns. •

Preferred Qualifications o Excellent coding skill in C/C++, Java or Python. o Has experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GIT. o Strong sense of web design and attuned to the fundamentals of user experience, including accessibility. o Ability to communicate to all levels of users (internal and external). o Be willing to work on site in Connecticut.
