Description/Comment: Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects with low to moderate risk and complexity, impacting small number of users and/or departments. Uses technical experience such as Desktop, Networking, and other technical applications and knowledge of technical project management methodologies and tools to ensure all projects adhere to high quality standards, meet customer expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities are varied and may include one or more of the following: gathers project requirements and develops documentation, tracks and reports project and budget status; ensures completion of assigned actions; identifies project/production issues and identifies resources to provide solutions or escalates to avoid project delays; updates websites to host project documents, reports, and related information; serves as point of contact for project information and updates.: 1+ years of experience in technology-related project support.

Job Description: This position has the responsibility of processing orders that come into the Des Moines Configuration Center. This position also includes accepting orders, clarifying discrepancies with the ECS (Enterprise Configuration Services) team, and ensuring all orders are prepared and sent out accurately.
•Receives and Documents daily and weekly orders, passes information to teammates, and uploads information in to Enterprise Configuration Services website
•Records inquiries, repair and service requests, resolves request or directs it to appropriate technical area, tracks status and follows up to ensure client satisfaction
•Following established guidelines, responds to telephone inquiries concerning support, processing or request procedures, and systems status
•Monitors Client 2000, WANDA, and shared mailbox queues for incoming requests throughout the day; prioritizes these requests appropriately
•Escalates to senior staff and management when solution is unclear. Reports problems with procedures. •Must be able to handle a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects and shifting priorities

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1+ years order or data entry experience
Preferred Skills:
  • General Administrative work, package tracking, customer service skills
  • Experience with asset management
  • Ability to keep management apprised of status on an on-going basis
  • Experience with WANDA and Client 2000
