Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire two Business Systems Consultants to join our team. The positions are part of our Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) Commercial Banking & International Services Technology Group. The role requires strategic as well as tactical organizational skills. Each individual will support their manager in preparation for conversations with leaders across multiple Wholesale lines of business to manage and influence the technology strategy for Commercial/Wholesale banking. They will partner with multiple technology teams and assist with generating executive level communication and updates to our business partners. A successful candidate will be an analytical problem solver, excellent communicator, organized, and able to work independently on multiple, complex efforts at once in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeking to understand situations in a collaborative manner to help bring about clarity, while working with project team members and key stakeholders to ensure there is consensus.
Job Details:
This Business Systems Consultant will support a broad range partnerships across EIT (Application Teams, Architecture, Infrastructure, ESQA, PMO) as well as the Commercial Bank / Wholesale LOBs (Business Banking, Middle Market, Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions Groups). In addition, the candidate will be tasked with ancillary functions to support technology strategic planning, pipeline management, and communications/tools. Each individual will need to be able to quickly grasp complex topics on potentially unfamiliar domains and understand how those fit in with the bigger picture.

This role would benefit from knowledge of using program management practices and concepts to establish strategic plans and objectives and have experience with Wholesale Technology, Enterprise Information Technology (EIT), and Technology and Operations Group (TOG) project methodology.
