Key Responsibilities:
Project Manager position within Cosmos team, responsible for ensuring the implementation of cross-asset program to standardize trade capture and life cycle management, across multiple products.

Key responsibilities include the following: ? Project Management ? Establish High Level Key Milestones & Deliverables in close partnership with Development leads ?
Ensure status and risks of projects are reported to stakeholders with transparency. Escalate delays before they become a major issue ? Issues and Risks tracking and escalation ?
Coordinates dependencies with other Product Owners ?
Establish and maintain detailed documentation of entire platform, including technical documentation and specifications of all APIs, user documentation, etc. ?
Partner with Integration lead/release manager to plan out Implementation Release schedules, provide go/no-go criteria and execute on implementation with the development teams. ?
Work with owner of Business Case to ensure pre and post implementation baselines and improvement metrics are provided to ensure projects are adhering to key business case principles. Course correct approach if/where needed. ?
Ensure Production implementations meet agreed target dates on time, within budget ?
Along with Integration lead, conduct post implementation reviews with business stakeholders for continuous improvement ? Requirements gathering ?
Works with Business Analysts and SMEs to create BRD, and ensure Stories are groomed and prioritized much ahead of Agile sprint development ? Owns and develops and maintains the project team backlog, weeks ahead of dev ?
Drives iteration/sprint goals via prioritized stories ?
Release notes created for each release, and ensures training materials, user guides are created ahead of production ?
Enterprise PM requirements ? Ensures all detailed project updates are reported. ?
Represent Cosmos at required Program forums ?
Manage Financials (project spend tracking vs budget) ? UAT Support ? Support UAT team and prioritization of defects along with business stakeholders and business ?change? teams. Ensure UAT defects and QA defects are prioritized

10 + years. Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments across multiple business units. Manages, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project and/or organizationally aligned as direct reports. Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution. Responsibilities include: Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses; obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities; oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation; Risk Management and Mitigation Planning; Readiness / Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management; Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied; Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project; Acts as a Programme Manager if required on an interim basis; Ability to represent / deputise senior project stakeholders where required
