Job Description:
Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff: 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design.
 
Job Details:
Provide Operational support in Fraud & Risk systems technology area to track and execute planned daily/monthly/quarterly, unplanned/ad hoc tasks that are NOT project related. Sample tasks include: Documentation deliverables (using MS Office tools), SharePoint, meeting facilitation, data gathering/consolidation, tracking/follow up on technical team tasks, PAC2000 CRs, Release management support. Tech Refresh and other remediation task support. Excellent verbal/written communication skills, soft skills and ability to build relationships at all levels internal to technical teams and business, interfacing partner teams is key. Experience in Financial Services organization supporting technology area is preferred. Flexibility of schedule to liaison/support offshore team members is also required. Prior experience supporting/tracking Projects will be a plus but Operational support is the core focus of this role.
