Job Description
As a Customer Solution Analyst/Proposal Writer, you will learn cutting-edge clients products and services and work with the engineering and project management teams to capture and develop custom responses to RFIs, RFPs and partner data calls. The candidate is responsible for communicating our clients' competitive advantage in all client facing materials.
Responsibilities:
  • Remain current with the Company's solutions, products, and marketing strategies to ensure the Company's value proposition is clearly communicated
  • Write, proofread and edit technical responses to RFI and RFP
  • Gather and collect the required proposal information from the sources identified across departments
  • Analyze RFP requirements and develop or verify the proposal compliance matrix
  • Develop and maintain the Company's response template repository
  • Support pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and client meetings
  • Take on and assist with writing and editing business development, marketing and proposal support projects
  • Participate in ongoing continuous improvement of the proposal development cycle included but not limited to the quality of response, maximization of efficiency and reduction of response time
  • Conduct post-mortem analysis of submitted proposals
  • Coordinate writing schedules and delivery of proposals
  • Actively research and seek additional RFI, RFP opportunities
  • Assist in conducting research on Lexis-Nexis CourtLink
  • Other duties or projects as assigned
The ideal candidate would possess:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in eDiscovery or analyzing requirements and writing proposals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task and work on several proposals at the same time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • This position requires a quick learner with a commitment to succeed, who can thrive in a
  • fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and changing priorities are the norm.
  • Complies with standard operating procedures and project management responsibilities
  • requiring accountability, sense of urgency & initiative, flexibility, and teamwork.
Desired but not required:
  • Background in eDiscovery
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (desired)
