Job Description:
  • Marketing Plan Development
  • Development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and hands-on program management of demand and lead generation tactics, to include all online and offline channels
  • Cross-functional coordination across partner, corporate, divisional, regional and 3rd party service providers/vendors
  • Marketing budget development and expense management
  • Sales Channel Development Development and ongoing support of alternate sales channels
  • Program Analysis Development and support of all required program and campaign tracking methodologies
  • Ongoing weekly, monthly and holistic campaign and channel performance and analysis.
Experience: 5-8 years

Core Responsibilities
-Identify messaging & creative to effectively brief ad agencies, driving Acquisition (general market & re-targeting) digital campaigns in market
- Partner with Divisions & MarCom Director to help drive test and learn environment whereby champions are always being challenged
-Work with ad agencies to understand unique marketing trends in the creative & reporting digital space.
-Stay connected to Divisional results and identify Marcom opportunities to drive results.
-Secure all stakeholder approval (including legal) on all messaging and digital assets.
-Manage all budgets and timelines to ensure all projects are delivered on time, to spec and on budget.
-Drive analysis of all Marcom activities; distills digital results and insights for senior leadership discussions.
-Leverage Omniture, AAM and Test & Target tools at a high level to pull independent reports, as needed
-Consistent exercise of independent judgment in matters of creative decisions.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

-Strong writing skills, especially for creative briefs & results reporting summaries
-Excellent communication skills -- for presenting, providing creative feedback, driving result summaries
-Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Eye for detail and the ability to ensure projects of any scale are delivered on time including initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
-Deep experience in digital creative production
-Consensus building skills to align various stakeholders (Marcom, Marketing, Product, Divisions, Agencies)

Education Level - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study - Business, Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Communications
Years Experience - Generally requires 6-9 years related experience

The ideal candidate is a driven performer who has experience managing, executing & deploying campaigns, gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders and providing critical thinking to optimize results. The individual needs to have a strong background driving ROI based campaigns, with a creative eye, deep executional experience and in-depth knowledge of Hispanic consumers.
