We are currently looking for a talented Client Success Project Coordinator to join our client’s project management team in Norcross!  This is a 6 Month W2 Contract-to-Hire position. Interview process will include a phone and a F2F interview.
 
Note: Not open to 3rd party/C2C consultants. This position is only available to those who can work on W2 basis without a sponsored work visa. Visa Sponsorship is not available.
 
Details:
The Client Success Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall success of technical projects. The successful candidate for this position will effectively utilize prior education and demonstrated work experience to make an immediate, independent contribution to the Project Management team.
 
  1. Serving as the primary interface to the company’s customer and the company’s Network Management Team.
  2. Responsibility for the coordination of all orders issued by various Tier 1 carriers.
  3. Managing life cycle request for carrier/field engineering support for the company’s customers.
  4. Responsibility for reviewing and pro-actively tracking all orders and escalating on behalf of the customer when issues occur.
  5. Coordinating the equipment installation schedule.
  6. Building and tracking project timelines.
  7. Working with internal team (e.g., Engineering, NOC, Accounting)
  8. Draft and submit installation/testing schedules to the Customer either via hardcopy or electronic format.
  9. Function as the escalation focal point for issues that may arise.
  10. Participating in, and sometimes leading status meetings regarding the project. 
  11. Coordinating the installation of Circuits and the onsite services at the Customer’s Sites. 
  12. Provide, at the Customer’s written or oral request, status updates as to the progress of the Services provided.
  13. Implementation on processes for the internal management of schedules inherent to the Services provided, e.g. scheduling of installation dates.
  14. Managing Test and Turn-up activity and coordination of Transport Service Vendor(s) and onsite technicians associated with equipment reconfiguration and circuit Installation.
  15. Coordinates all scheduled upgrades and equipment orders.
  16. Order and ship new equipment to the installation site
  17. Develop and maintain an action items and issues list.
 
What you can bring to the table (must-have, required):
 
  • Prior project coordination and management experience.
  • Experience working on technical and/or telecommunications projects.
  • Superb communication, verbal and documentation skills.
  • Strong process improvement and customer focused skills.
  • Advanced Experience with Excel is required (Formulas, Charts & Pivot tables)
  • Experience in managing through Tier 1 carrier implementations
  • Able to establish and accomplish goals
  • Able to multitask
  • Self-starter
  • Able to utilize knowledge to determine next best steps
  • Able to escalate internally and externally within timely fashion
  • Experience in system tools of Rome, ASAP, & Sales Express
 
Bonus Points (pluses, preferred):
 
  • Experience with IP Flex, BOE, Call Paths, Enhanced Features, ADI, AVPN, Anira, AVTS, VDNA services a plus.
